At HART Sport, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform at your best, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible athletic equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for exchanges or full refunds to get you back in the game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your HART Sport account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
